After his acceptance, during his first year, Anthony focused on the requisite classes; searching for which direction he wanted to take his career. By year two, Anthony had decided he would focus his skills in Intelligence and Search and Rescue.
After his acceptance, during his first year, Anthony focused on the requisite classes; searching for which direction he wanted to take his career. By year two, Anthony had decided he would focus his skills in Intelligence and Search and Rescue. Concurrently with his Starfleet Academy studies, Anthony applied to Pararescue school, where he went through Indoc and training. At graduation, he was qualified in combat para-medicine and para-medical rescue.

Anthony’s years at the Academy were less than stellar. He regularly maintained averages in the middle third of his class, but managed none-the-less. His practicum cruise went well, and after completion he was promoted to the rank of Second Lieutenant. The graduation party was short lived though. As is typical int eh life of a Marine, he received orders to report immediately to Starbase 118 Ops. As luck would have it, he only had to travel up a turbolift to get to his first duty assignment which was smack in the middle of a major conflict. He jumped right into the fray, boarding a Klingon shuttle and was off to a combat zone. Ah, the life of a Marine... Oohrah!

On 239707.19, Anthony was given command of Delta Co. 292nd Tactical Marine Regiment (Archangels), which was the Marine Search and Rescue detachment for Starbase 118 Ops.
