There's a few problems. ;) One, we need to remove the Klingon reference (the only instance of Klingons is a minor faction that the Ursa Major discovered several years back). Secondly, before continuing I would suggest getting a hold of VAdm Hollis, as this was his creation, and get the bare-bones of who, what, where, when, why and how. DCody 10:49, 23 July 2008 (EDT)
