Pouge is very skilled in helping people deal with their problems due to serving on the Zmey, which is constantly attacked by the Borg for some unknown reason. On that ship, it's kill or be killed. Everyone is open with their issues and don't lie to each other. This is what Pouge believes in, and this is what he wants others to believe in. | |||
