+Born on the planet Vulcan, Ser moved to earth at a young age. This was the first step on the road to creating a Vulcan with emotion. Growing up Ser adapted to a more emotional state, however his Vulcan blood demanded more than just staying on earth. Thus Ser Vilari joined the Star Fleet Academy to live among the stars.
