Quinn has an erratic affliction of slight seizures which causes his eyes to involuntary flutter, usually when he's utilizing memory retention. While he hasn't yet suffered from a stroke, it's one of his frequent worries although it doesn't stop him from what he loves doing (and likes to think he does well), which is working in the Starfleet Corps of Engineers. In his spare time he has an old 20th Century Harley motorcycle (in pieces) he works on (although he secretly thinks it would make a bad-ass schematic for a sleeker fighter class, which is the primary purpose behind the restoration... which design components could be utilized).
