He was double checking the records for the period 2292 to 2302 when a fire broke out. The door to his office locked and he was unable to open it from inside. He died from smoke inhilation but also suffered extensive burns that required the use of DNA to confirm his identity. All the records and most of his office was destroyed. | |||
