At some point in every male Lamemda's life they are expected to make the trip to Mon'gel, a small city made up of the mentally unstable and physically unfit. These refugees from the harsh rules and laws of their people are considered clanless. They have managed to make the long dangerous trip accross the plains to this rugged small section of gentle rolling hills that surround a large deep valley.  
At some point in every male Lamemda's life they are expected to make the trip to Mon'gel. Here they will offer up gifts to the caretakers before going to kneel at the feet of the statue of Mon'gel.
