The Kan'da'har are a strange race. They seem to be 100% stagnant race with no changes being made in their society. Even with their contact with the Klingon race and exposure to off world items and technology they have not changed. Their religion will not allow them to buy or use anything not made by members of their own race. In fact if anyone is found with an off world item they are brought before a religious court. The usual result is death by stoneing. | |||
