*BACK STORY: Haukea-Willow was born on December 28, 2359 in Suraya Bay, Risa to Mahina and Hōkū-Willow. Growing up she had a typical childhood full of playing on the beach and participating in the Moon Festival, hosted in her town, every year. As she grew she easily made friends with the local children, playing together in order to collect shells, create stories and swim. Haukea was, by her nature, protective over her friends, watching out for their safety in case of rip-currents or other dangerous activity, not that it was entirely necessary due to the Risians calm and gentle nature. As she grew up she fell in love with nature, learning and participating in hobbies such as painting, holo-photography and gardening, which she continues to this day. Equally, as a child she was, and continues to be, fiercely independent while still keeping an open-mind and willingness to learn. By the time she was having to decide on a career path, her parents were directly supportive of whatever path she would choose. With her protective nature she went into security for Risa, working to keep tourists from disturbing the peace. She worked in the Risain security during her early 20’s, keeping a stern demeanor. Later, she moved onwards to Starfleet academy in order to pursue security there. Having an open mind allows her to not let her past experience influence her current work with Starfleet. She may have worked in security before, but both Risa and Starfleet conduct their operations differently.

|BLURB= Amar, once a rouge child found roaming the dungeon of Starbase 118, now the adopted daughter of Haukea-Willow, is a bright twelve-year-old girl. Haueka herself, found a parental pull towards the child, hence the adoption.
