Cytarix V: Difference between revisions

Starfleet continued to monitor the Cytarix system via long range sensors. It's strategic unimportance and distance meant that sending a starship was impractical and a waste of resources. This changed when [[Deep Space 224]] detected an anomalous waveform emanating from the Cytarix V and assigned the [[USS Excalibur-A]] to investigate. After helping to relocate the hive consciousness that had become stranded there, the waveform disappeared and Starfleet went back to monitoring the solar system via the use of long range probes and sensors.
