The 5 pirates that agreed to be beamed to the Constitution are being held in an empty Cargo Room on the Saucer since the brig is in the Stardrive section. The plan is to bring them to Starbase 104 and hand them over to the authorities. | |||
After the battle is over, the Constitution crew is concerned about more pirate presence in the mine where their away team is still out of reach. Since the Stardrive is currently disabled they send shuttles with teams to head to the mines. Meanwhile, the Saucer Section is still capable of impulse flight and makes its way to the mine as well, but (as per an idea transmitted via a buoy from Saveron's team) will remain out of sensor range of the mine for a surprise element.
