|COUNSELORNOTES=Patient arrived on medical leave from the USS Montreal. Upon receiving patients medical record and giving sufficient time for memory recovery an assessment of autism diagnostic qualifications was given. Patient was diagnosed with a mild version of autism with a sub diagnosis of sensory processing disorder as most of the documented issues stemmed from that. It is to be noted that the patient has a hard time processing new information or understanding what to do when not given clear instructions. When such things occur a meltdown or sensory overload might happen. During this time it is best to talk calmly and allow patient to stim or self soothe; if a meltdown does occur. Do to the therapy that we worked on with the patient their most common reaction is brain fog, difficulty speaking clearly. In this case allow them time to speak. Do not jump ahead and finish their thoughts for them.

|CONDITION= Status in Starfleet
|DISCIPLINING OFFICER= Trill Medical Officer
|COUNSELORNOTES= Patient can remain in Starfleet as long as they don't have a severe meltdown. Severe meaning injury to self or others, sickness, or severe mental shut down which would look like, for example, not being able to follow orders in a emergency situation. If this occurs the best course of action is to be let go from Starfleet and become a civilian. If such things occur make sure patient remains on board with familiy a.k.a Sheila Bailey and Chen. If on the off chance Bailey and Chen are not available the next trusted individual shall be given care taking responsibilities. Care taking duties are basic but it is advised to make sure the patient doesn't harm anyone further or they will have to return planet side.
