|BLURB=Tiria Hamasaki was born in the Shoals, and left them to see the galaxy. Granted, she didn't see much as an investigator for Federation Security, and eventually chose to join Starfleet. Then.. her first posting was back in the Shoals. It seemed appropriate to her, as her luck has often been topsy-turvy like that. Still, Tiria is a cheerful woman who spends her spare time dancing and reenacting detective stories, in between her duties and keeping up to date with hand held qualifications. After all, someone has to help the inner worlders out here in the Shoals, and it might as well be her.

|BLURB=Riley Delar was conscripted into the Bajoran militia at the age of 11. A veteran of the Dominion War and a two time Starfleet Academy washout, he managed a third attempt to successfully join Starfleet. He dual majored in intelligence and engineering with minors in HCO and navigation. He spent the early part of his career as a communications officer on Deep Space 17 and served briefly aboard the ''Montreal'' before transferring to the ''Astraeus''.

|BLURB=Cmdr. Tal Tel-ar may be an Andorian but he is one with no family or clan connections to his people. In fact his name given to him by the Kethni Council on Andor following his rescue from a primitive pre-industrial world as a teen was Tal Tel-ar which translates as "Outcast, Renegade, One who has been Banished". No Andorian will have any reaction to him except negative. Given to Starfleet once the Andorian government had finished civilizing the barbarian he was warned to never set foot on Andor again. Since he graduated from the Academy he has been a member of Starfleet, always the outsider, almost more Vulcan than a Vulcan in some ways but capable of incredible acts of violence and strength. Nicknamed Big Blue by others he remains to this day a stoic, rock, normally unshaken by anything and willing to risk it all in the name of duty and honor.}}

|BLURB=Melody Delri’ise was born into the lively atmosphere of New York to an Argelian mother and a Kerelian father, taking on a role as an aspiring thespian from a young age. As Melody grew older she began to see that there was so much more beyond the planet of her birth, she would look up at the stars and dream of the seemingly infinite realm of possibilities that awaited her. The moment Melody was old enough, she began studying at Starfleet academy, showing prowess through her natural analytical mind in fields such as stellar cartography and tactical studies. Melody found her tactical studies in particular to be one which she favoured far more than stellar phenomenon. However, even after graduating she has yet to finally hone her skills. She shows a level of mastery, yet with a lack of method to her madness.}}
