Upon receiving patients medical record and giving sufficient time for memory recovery an assessment of autism diagnostic qualifications was given. Patient was diagnosed with a mild version of autism with a sub diagnosis of sensory processing disorder as most of the documented issues stemmed from that. It is to be noted that the patient has a hard time processing new information or understanding what to do when not given clear instructions. When such things occur a meltdown or sensory overload might happen.
