Born and raised on Deneva colony, George | George was Born and raised on Deneva colony as part of a very ordinary family. As a child George became interested in art which he continued throughout his schooling, George continues to enjoy painting and model making as a hobby now. George despite excelling in art during school he struggled in literacy and required extra tutoring just to get to lower passing grades. During his last year at school George stated dating classmate Christa Pavitte, who he fell madly in love with, At the age of nineteen George Proposed and the two were married a year at a ceremony on Risa, against the wishes of his father who felt that they were too young. During his early twenties, he worked a number of jobs on a city rejuvenation project before specializing as a fine carpenter. It was only when his marriage broke down that George became disgruntled with his work and personal life and deciding that he wanted to get off of Deneva and change his career. He enlisted in Starfleet on the first anniversary of his divorce. | ||

Despite enlisted in Starfleet on somewhat of a whim, George quickly became passionate about his service to Starfleet and was a dedicated recruit. Once George completed Basic training he attended the Starfleet Technical Services Academy on Mars for additional training in Maintenance and Engineering. Upon completion George was assigned to the USS Gorkon as a Boatswain's Mate with the rating Crewman First Class. During his first mission the Gorkon was investigating Leutra IV when George and most of the crew were inexplicably transported and placed in 'habitation' under the surface of the planet in pods until their discovery by Fleet Captain Quinn Reynolds. | |||
During his Second mission aboard the USS Gorkon, George was seriously injured when a crewman fired at an intruder, missed and destroyed a nearby power relay. A large piece of debris struck George in the thigh causing him to bleed out, his life when only save when he was transported to sickbay and treated quickly by Ensign Yiggtissi. | |||
