Kriss was born on the Caitian home world to her parents, H’Melar and Mr’iia. From the moment she was born she was her father’s princess. She would rarely be away from his side and when not at school would often accompany him to work at the hospital. | |||
As Kriss got older, she displayed a caring nature, and she always got on with all the other patients. Because of this, Kriss’ father, who by this point had been made Head of Paediatrics, would allow Kriss to accompany him when performing light patient duties. | |||
At age 18 Kasi applied for medical school and despite studying hard and achieving good grades, she did not finish in top 5% and did not have enough life experience to secure a place. At her fathers auggeation, she applied to Starfleet, hoping to gain that all important life experience. | |||
