+Freya is the third child of four. Her mother a Doctor and her father was a Federation negotiator. At the age of 2, her father entered the Diplomatic corps. In the April of that year Charles Andersen sent to Vulcan. Later with the success of the Cardassian negotiations of 2367, her mother was able to participate in a medical exchange, and yet again the Andersen family moved, this time to Cardassia Prime.
