Where he hadn't met the Captain of the Spectre during his time aboard he met Captain [[Nugra]] immediately after the shuttle carrying him had docked. He found the exceptionally tall lizard to be a little intimidating at first and suffered badly from first day nerves. The Captain had him join the rest of the senior officers at a promotions and awards ceremony, there he met Commander {n|Alucard|Vess}}, Lieutenant Commander {{n|Paul|Sharpe}}, First Lieutenant {{n|S'arila|Donovan}} and cadet {{n|Charlotte|DeBarres}}. The USS Victory was in orbit of the planet and had come to celebrate a particularly rare and special event - the promotions of Fleet Captain {{n|Toni|Turner}} to Rear Admiral and Commander [[Nugra]] to Captain. During his time there he managed to spend some time on the beach, enjoying the views of the beautiful coastline.
