Tyler Kelly: Difference between revisions

As an Ensign Tactical Officer, Tyler Kelly performed his duties with efficiency and skill and showed considerable initiative. However, he displayed a tendency for making potentially risky decisions in the heat of the moment. Despite this fact, he consistently resolved these situations with a favorable outcome. This, understandably, irked many of his superior officers and likely resulted in his longer than usual time as an Ensign. Eventually his effort and proficiency did merit his promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade.
