+Recently Kevin began dating an intelligence liason officer aboard Starbase 118 named [[Taylor, Savannah|Savannah Taylor]] and since then he has become more sociable.  Furthermore his climbing the ranks to Lt. Cmdr. has meant that he has had to foster more of a social personality in order to be able to manage the engineering staff.
