Background Info: Jubal is a member of the Black Hand assassin and follows the code of the Black Hand to the the letter, always complementing the jobs given to him to the exact specifications of those who have hired him. He used to work independent jobs but now is under the sole employment of Tolan Greer. He prefers to out think his prey and lay elaborate traps that cannot be traced back to him. Only one person ever marked for assassination has ever survived Jubal's cunning. He is a master of hand to hand and bladed weapons. He is an expert in infiltration and subterfuge. His current mission is to force Tobias to return to the bounds of his former employer, Tolan.
