Pádraig McLoughlin
A Terran from the British Isles, Lieutenant (Junior Grade) Pádraig "Paddy" McLoughlin was one of the key members of the USS Wallace engineering staff. Whilst an Ensign, he served as ACEO of the vessel, under Lt.JG Salak. He has since been promoted and has transferred to USS Tiger. He enjoys weightlessness and used to swim, enjoying the style known as breaststroke. Grew up in Ireland and Scotland, hence his accent.
The officer can get quite agitable, and knows exactly what he thinks is best. He is a competant engineer, happy to dabble in any system, and loves working with technology. He does have faults however; despite a good showing in training simulations, McLoughlin has been known to freeze up in a true combat situation.
