The following are sections within the Engineering department of the Ursa Major, with a brief listing of what each section is comprised of, and the corresponding section leader.

Generators.

Includes electrical, gravity, inertial dampeners, structural field.

Weapons.

Section leader: Chief Petty Officer Allan Bird

Communications.

Internal shipwide, external ship to ship, subspace communcations.

Damage Control.

Fire suppression, Evacuation support (in conjunction with Medical and Security), other stop gap measures.

Sensors.

Upkeep of both internal and external sensors arrays and pallets.
