Absolute two-thirds majority
I've changed the requirement from 4/5 to absolute 2/3 majority. Which means that you must have 2/3 of the ENTIRE applicable voting membership for an amendment to pass. This is pretty standard. See Wikipedia's article on Supermajority. --Wolf /talk page 16:10, 16 June 2006 (CDT)
