Now that I read the forum let me make a few suggestions so you can think of them.
One is in the first table - character one - there's no need for insignia if you're putting the rank in there it's the same thing, instead of rank put the link to Nav template page - so that first one should ahve

Under contributions I would make 3 instead of 2 tables, making one for "Promotions and Awards" (which would be updated once or twice a year) and another with "Commendations and Competitions" (where would go everything, from nominations in Forum competitions, top sim, to service ribbons and such).

Gallery is great idea, especially for people like me who are very visual and use lot of pictures on their pages, not just for the image collective, that's great idea.
