When Greir was just a child he struggled to cope with his fielding ability. While he is a strong fielder investigation found that his problems stemmed more from a developmental problem affecting control as opposed to him having exceptional ability. His family were finding it difficult to cope with the crying caused by terrible headaches and the other symptoms he suffered as a result of his problem. The family were at their wits end when Greir's uncle was able to step in and take Greir into his care for a while to give his parents Edla and Gjord a break. He made a promise that he'd be there for Greir No Matter What. | |||
