-When Captain Haz Arrhimen of the ''USS Stormcrow'' learns of his brother's death on the ''SS Annabelle's Lament'' and that Starfleet is sitting on their hands,  he becomes crazed and vows to destroy all of what is left of the Romulan Star Empire.  The {{USS|Albion}} under the Command and Acting Captain [[Sal Taybrim]] is dispatched to try and stop the ''Stromcrow'' and talk him down.  Arrhimen vowed to even destroy Federation ships if they get into his way.  A promise he made good on when he opened fire on the ''USS Tribal''.
-The crew of the ''Albion'' are working on many different plans to try and stop the ''Stormcrow'' before it starts an interstellar war and bring her crew to justice.
