The '''USS ''T'Setain''''' (NCC-8904) is a ''Nautilus'' class hospital ship launched originally in 2312, and fully retrofitted three times since its original launch. ''T'Setain'' is named for the Vulcan physician whose pioneering neurological work first identified Bendii Syndrome. The ''T'Setain'' was most recently assigned to the space surrounding Deep Space 3, between the Federation and [[Tholian]] Space, near to the [[Shoals]], under Commander [[Nic del Vedova]]. However, in mid-2395, the ship suffered a catastrophic warp containment failure. All crew were evacuated, but the ship was sent to Utopia Planitia for complete overhaul and the crew was subsequently reassigned.
