Andorian Pip Picker (Guardsman to General)
Used in Template:Roster, but can also be used standalone.
Background
Due to the direct approach of the Andorian species, the Imperial Guard uses a simple rank structure for their fleet and service people.
- General, a flag officer, and equivilent to Starfleet Admirals. Their rank among themselves is designated by how many generals are under them.
- Captain, a senior officer and the equivilent of a Starfleet Fleet Captain or Commodore
- Commander, a senior officer and the equivilent to a Starfleet Captain
- Lieutenant, a mid-level officer and the equivilant to a Starfleet Lieutenant and a Lt. Commander
- Guardsman, a junior officer, and the equivilent to a Starfleet Ensign' and a Lieutenant JG
Flag Officers
As the Andorian do not have any insignia or title to show which general is higher than another, it is decided by how many generals are under a specific one. For example, if there are three generals under a specific General, his rank would be closer to a Starfleet Vice Admiral or Admiral.
