Q is a member of the Q who appeared aboard the USS Invicta in 2392. She appeared to be engaged in some sort of game with another member of the Q known as Quana. This game involved various other ships, seemingly ones that had been destroyed or gone missing in the past such as the USS Yamaguchi.
