Zeta Pavlionis is a joint Mathenite-Federation colony system located in the Alpha Quadrant. The Mathenites claimed Zeta Pavlionis-III, naming it 'Kthizao', after a noted diplomat, and the Federation claimed Zeta Pavlionis-IV, which was terraformed and named New Galway.
