Victor Yeager
Commander Victor Yeager is a 41-year-old human Starfleet officer who served as commanding officer of the USS Astraeus, overseeing her refit, before he was removed from command in 2395 for taking the ship into the Shoals, an action that ultimately cost the lives of 46 members of his crew. He later faced a court-martial on more than a dozen separate charges, including conduct unbecoming an officer, dereliction of duty, and gross negligence.
