Genkos had a caring nature as a child. His father, a veternarian, introduced him to biology, his first passion. Couple that with his natural empathic powers and you have a caring young man, yearning to explore the stars. This dream was contorted however by an horrific transporter accident that left Genkos without a left leg below the knee, leaving him reliant on a cane for mobility. Genkos then threw himself into the Academy, burying himself into the study of Medicine and Biology in all its forms, sacrificing any social life for the craft.
Personality
Genkos Sim is passionate about healing, and is very goal-orientated in that regard. He is also terrified of transporters after his accident, and relies on a cane to move about for any length of time.
