Backstory
Nova Danil was born 237701.15 on Antosia as the eldest child to Scientist Tobi and Artist Sasha Danil. Throughout her childhood she was very studious, but also very rambunctious and always found herself in trouble. Usually for fighting and conducting random experiments to see what would happen. Earning her the label of troublemaker, which she wore with pride. Her brother was her shadow. Getting into trouble with her. Constantly doing whatever it was she was doing. Sometimes it annoyed her, and she would lash out at him. Only to feel bad about it later. Of course, she would always be punished for her actions, but they never stopped her. So, her parents had to get creative. If she was busy learning, then she couldn't be out finding trouble to get into. They gave her books upon books to read, ones that kept her interest. Her father also worked with her to do experiments in a safe environment. In doing so, all the extra energy she had was channeled in positive ways and she graduated at the top of her class. Her paternal grandfather had encouraged her to join Starfleet instead of settling down on Antosia. He wanted her to experience what was out there and to challenge her to be the best that she could be. A challenge she accepted. Not long after graduating school, she was accepted into the Academy.
