Toby was brought up in the large city of Laconia, Marathon by his mother and elder sister. His father had fought in the Battle of Wolf 359 and was lost when the ship was destroyed on the USS Bellerophon. | |||
He was reared by his mother until the age of seven then given over to the elders of the city to commence training for military service enduring harsh physical discipline, courage and loyalty, learning to survive in the harshest of conditions. Due to his mother's work in Xenobiology, Toby moved with his family to the Vega Colony, Vega IX at the age of eighteen. Mila joined Starfleet in the Medical profession.
