Surgeon's notes: Patient complained of pain in right knee after fall in gym. Upon evaluation, tear to the medial meniscus was discovered. In accord with standard practice, surgery was advised; patient consented. Surgeon repaired the tear successfully. Patient was advised to limit physical activity and return to sickbay if pain or stiffness persisted beyond 48 hours.
