This outputs a formatted prefix. Useful if you want to edit the formatting of a lot.
Format is:

  • Prefix (NCC, NGV, ISS, etc.)
  • Number (1701,73462)
  • Letter (if present)

Examples {{ShipPrefix|NCC|1701}} and {{ShipPrefix|NCC|1701|A}}. become NCC-1701 and NCC-1701-A
