If you remembered from the instructions, the typical format for each officer is

{{RANK|FIRST NAME|Last name|COLOR|CURRENT POST|Roster image filename}}

Example:

{{Lieutenant JG|Danielle|Vistain|Gold|Engineering Officer|Roster-vistain.jpg}}

Insignia	Rank/Title	Portrait	Character Name	Duty Post
	Lieutenant JG ​		Danielle Vistain ​	Engineering Officer ​

If you don't have a roster image for the officer, you just leave off that last parameter and you'll get a blank portrait.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, if the officer only has a single name, make sure you leave an extra pipe character "|" after their name:

Hmmm... there was something interesting about that last example? Did you catch it?

If you noticed, Maravosh's "roster image" actually wasn't a special roster image at all but her original profile picture on her page.

The roster template has the ability to automatically take any image and resize it and crop it to fit into the roster image frame.

Let's try another.

Not too bad. Perhaps not as in line as some of the other roster images you've seen, but pretty decent for a quick and dirty job. Let's try his whole crew!
