Personal History
Rian was born and bred on Risa, shore leave habitat of Starfleet. In his many years he has been an Engineer for Starfleet and done his own thing on the side. He has been comissioned by Starfleet on and off for the past few years, designing and implimenting his designs for Tactical equipment. With his coming back to a Starfleet run Starbase in the midst of the galaxy, he has little option but to buckle and belt up for the ride.
