Curious if this ship is named for anyone in particular?. It's an Irish surname, indeed, but only Callahan I can think of offhand is James Callaghan, a former UK Prime Minister, but his surname has a g in it. - Lt. Salak ^Talk 11:57, 3 April 2008 (EDT)
