Needs updating
The information provided isn't really accurate already, but it also needs to be brought in-line with the revisions to the StarBase 118 Intelligence article. Namely: that "Black Tower" was created when the third version of StarBase 118 was assembled (IC, of course), and then Michael Rourke took over as "Director," IC, and CO OOC, then later Brynn Wellesley re-started the simming installation as Director/CO. --Wolf /talk page 02:41, 5 January 2008 (CST)
