Date inconsistencies
Currently, the Albion crew history states "officially began 238006.30 with the transfer of several officers from Starbase 118 and its Black Tower/Intelligence division, of which was shut down on 238007.01" - doesn't this mean that the Black Tower was shut down 238007.01? With the history in it's current form, it's indicating that officers spent only a single day on the Albion.
This seems incorrect as Devana Franks is listed as serving on the Albion 237906.30 til 238006.24, and "StarBase-118 Black Tower was disbanded thus all of her crew were transferred to the USS Albion". I think this is one of those things that would require some digging in the archives, the main Albion page says "The ship was designated to Commander, then Captain Michael Rourke after the closing of Black Tower/Intel, with Lt. Commander Mike Weller as his first officer. It's speculated that the USS Albion may have served SB118 Intelligence for a time after its launching in 238006.29." so it seems to have been an issue of limited information there?
I did find a relevant quote in one of the past edits here SB118 Starfleet Intelligence OOC Information,
"Once the Tower was closed, the USS Albion sim group served as the platform for the Tower group before ultimately being closed."
There's also a placeholder note on there to "Integrate information on Black Tower/Intel group under Rourke and Wellesley's command, leading to the Albion as a hybrid of traditional command and Intel.", but that page also hasn't been updated since 2008.
