T'Sai Reyes was born on a Bajoran refuge colony. Her parents met and fell in love while the Vulcans were giving aid. They had her, then her father was asked to return to Vulcan while she and her mother were shipped back to Bajor after the Cardassians gave it back.
She spent her formative years on Bajor, learning to be Bajoran. She kept in contact with her father and even visited him a couple times on Vulcan. During those visits she learned as much as she could about Vulcans. And learned of her telapathic abilities.
When she came of age she entered College and studied Pyscology. From there she earned her PHD. Then at 28 she entered Star Fleet. She enjoyed learning about people.
