• Ideologies: Theft of Starfleet information for greater glory of the Romulan Empire.
• History: Acts as a noted Ambassador for the Romulan Empire. However, he has used his influence to gain access to classified information from Starfleet, and other powers, to relay information to the Romulan Empire. He has never been actually caught in the process of theft, and therefore cannot be charged. (This is mostly due to his position in the Romulan Empire that he cannot be implicated.)
