Sserfrel is the commanding officer of the Gorn vessel SSS'Laar, and has a dislike of Engineers. The vessel was cast adrift in early 2386 in a failed test of stolen Tholian technology. The consequences of the test resulted in Sserfrel losing his right arm below the elbow.
