 The Commanding Officer of the Allentown, Lieutenant Commander [[Quinn Gibson]], a [[Terran]] female, as well as her entire crew compliment were killed in the battle with the pirate fleet or executed shortly after.
 As a result of the Allentown going missing in the [[Onias Sector]], [[Starfleet]] dispatched the [[USS Excalibur-A]] to the scene.  Unfortunately, the Excalibur was not able to successful disband the pirate group as she was overcome with radiation from the Onias Sector and forced to retreat.
