+Ssandon was assigned to Crak'Ssten, an accomplished Selayan Detective, in 2373 and after a reluctant start, Crak'Ssten began to teach Ssandon everything he knew about solving crime. They worked together on many cases until 2380 when Ssandon left the force to become a private investigator, a move Crak'Ssten didn't approve of, as he felt PI's where untrustworthy and dangerous, he felt they worked for money rather than justice. He cut all communications with his student when Ssandon left the force and they have not spoken since.
