[[Image:XO_Office_Starbase_118.jpg|thumb|Executive Officer's Office]] Quinn's primary work area is the Executive Officer's Office, situated on Deck 6 of the Starbase's [[StarBase 118 Command Center|Command Centre]], inside the Hub.  She does not decorate her office with much in the way of personal items; in fact, the only personal touch is a terrarium in one corner that contains a simulated Martian environment, complete with miniature dust storms. Due to the classified nature of much of the information that reaches her desk, she operates a closed door policy and any visitors must request access by ringing the door chime.  The door is locked at all times when she is elsewhere on the Starbase.
