Leenaya (Lee for short) is the daughter of Elara and Maron Edrei. Her mother, as a Starfleet diplomatic officer, often moved to different planets. Leenaya thus mostly grew up on Betazed with her brother and her dad, a civilian doctor whom she got her passion of medicine from. Leenaya developed a close bond with her father, learning basic medicine skills from him.
