In colder weather, the sleeves get rolled down or replaced entirely with an open jacket, the shorts are replaced by sensible pants, and the boots get sturdier and can go as high as just below his knees. When running for exercise, he wears his PT shirt and short shorts, but has also taken to wearing athletic "barefoot" shoes.

It's clear that the new XO is adjusting to his new role, but Freck is happy to help however he can to make the transition as smooth as possible.
